Products & Vintage Condition

All items sold are vintage or pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear due to age and previous use. Any noticeable flaws will be described or shown in product listings. Please review all descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before purchasing.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Online Orders

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit only for online purchases under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Store credit will be issued for the purchase price and may be used at any time in our store.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Showroom Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for in-store purchases.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was received.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped during our scheduled shipping days

  • Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days (delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Express Shipping

If you require express shipping, you may request it by contacting us via Instagram or email.

  • Express shipping requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible

  • Please include your order number in your message to help us assist you quickly

Customs & International Orders

For orders placed outside of the UK, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

We are not responsible for delays, fees, or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
